I was disappointed. I waited in line for way too long thinking it would be worth it, but the product just feels cheap for what they’re charging. For the price, I expected something a lot better.

It rolls really nicely around malls and smooth floors, no complaints there. Once we take it out on rough sidewalks though, it gets shaky. My baby doesn’t seem too bothered, but I was expecting a smoother ride. Just kind of

The stroller itself is fine, but I feel a little embarrassed admitting how often I end up fussing with a blanket during sunny walks. The canopy just feels too short, and my baby still gets glare in their face. I expected it to provide a bit more coverage.

This stroller has been really easy to use so far. It’s super light, folds up quickly, and I can carry it up the stairs with the baby stuff without feeling like I’m struggling. I’m guessing they must’ve used some kind of lighter frame or something, because it feels much easier to handle than I expected.

I was expecting this to hold up a little better, but the plastic parts started getting scratched quickly. I also thought I’d get a faster response when I reached out about it, so that was a bit disappointing too

Overall, I really like the stroller, but the brake has been a little hit or miss for me. Of course, it only seems to feel stiff or not click in smoothly when I’m already in a rush or dealing with a busy day. Bad timing more than anything, but it does make me a bit nervous sometimes.

I thought it was good overall, but it seems better suited for younger babies. It might not hold the attention of older little ones as much, though it still has its positives

I had to deal with the warranty support, and it was just ridiculous. Everything took way too long, and when I finally got a response, it wasn’t even helpful. I ended up more stressed than before, it didn’t feel worth the hassle at all.

The return process was simple enough and didn’t give me any trouble. Personally, I like refunds to come through a bit quicker, so waiting a few days felt a little slow to me. Overall, it was fine, just not quite as fast as I’d prefer.

Traveling through the airport was way easier than I expected, which I really appreciated. That said, there were a couple moments where I felt kind of dismissed when I had questions, so the experience wasn’t perfect. Still, it did make the trip a lot less stressful overall

Car seats are always tricky to get just right, but this worked with ours well. Seems like most of these things either fit or they don’t, and luckily this one did the job.

I was a little unsure at first, like, is this stroller really going to feel sturdy enough? But wow, okay, I changed my mind fast. The brakes lock really well, the straps feel secure, and it stays steady even when we’re weaving through busy sidewalks. I feel a lot more relaxed taking my baby out in it.

I didn’t expect ordering from babyzen.com to be such a hassle, but wow, it got annoying fast. I was just trying to look at stroller options and pick a color, nothing complicated, and somehow the site made the whole thing feel way harder than it needed to be.

The pages were loading slowly, then when I went back to double-check colors, my cart had changed, which made me stop and wonder if I’d clicked the wrong thing or if the site was just being weird. Then I had to type in my delivery details twice, and at that point I was sitting there like, do I even want this anymore?
The checkout also wasn’t very clear, especially with shipping timing, which I couldn’t really see properly until the end. Maybe the stroller itself is great, I don’t know, but the buying experience was such a pain that I don’t think I’d use the site again.

My baby just never seemed comfortable in this stroller. Like, from the first few rides, something felt off. She kept shifting around, and I kept thinking maybe I strapped her in wrong or maybe she was just tired, but no, it happened every time.
The seat feels really firm, almost too hard, and the back support is kind of awkward. She always looked like she was sliding down a little, which made me nervous and also annoyed because this stroller was not cheap. After about 20 minutes she’d start fussing and trying to get out, and she doesn’t do that in our old stroller at all.

I really expected better padding and a smoother recline for the price. Maybe it’s great for other kids, I don’t know, babies are weird about stuff, but for us it was just a miss. I wanted to love it, but it ended up feeling like a bad buy.

I reached out to Babyzen with a question about a replacement part for my YOYO stroller, not expecting to hear back quickly. They replied the next day, and the information was clear enough to help me figure out what I needed, which I appreciated.
I’m giving 4 stars because the first email did feel a little generic, like it might have been copied and pasted. But once I replied, the support felt more personal and useful. It reminded me that good customer service doesn’t have to be perfect right away, as long as they actually listen and help you get to a solution.

The stroller does fold easily once you get the hang of it, but it’s not as quick or smooth as I thought it would be. I’ve had a few moments where I’m juggling the baby bag and other stuff, and then it takes me two tries to get it folded, which is kind of stressful when you’re already trying to get out the door. It’s not a bad stroller, I just wish the folding part was a little more effortless.

I do like the overall size of this stroller, and that’s probably why I keep talking myself into using it. But then every time we’re out, I remember the storage basket is just way too small. I can barely squeeze in my diaper bag and a few snacks, and if I pick up anything extra while we’re out, it’s a whole situation. For the price, I really expected more room underneath. It’s fine for a quick walk around the neighborhood, but for a full day out with the baby, it gets annoying fast.

The seat was okay at first, but this is where it got annoying: when I tried to recline it, it barely moved at all. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but the recline is so minimal that it’s almost pointless.

I’ve taken this on two flights now, and I was so relieved that it fit in the overhead bin without any real trouble. It’s not totally effortless if you’re rushing to board, which can be a bit stressful, but overall it worked out well for me.
